SNACK-SIZED REVIEW FOR The Last Empress (2018) MINOR SPOILERS!

The Last Empress (2018) is a kdrama about a girl named Oh Sunny/Empress(Jang Na Ra) who ends up becoming the empress because Lee Hyuk/Emperor(Shin Sung Rok) tries to cover up his crime of killing someone.

Later one of the people who the Emperor thinks he killed Na Wang Shik/Chun Woo(Choi Jin Hyuk) changes his looks and comes back as a bodyguard for the emperor to seek revenge for his mother.

Overall I enjoyed this drama until the end chemistry between the leads was good, and I would like to give credit to Shin Eun Kyung who played Empress Dowager Kang Eun Ran she did a fantastic job as the villain in this kdrama.

Overall the story was good, but they left out Choi Jin Hyuks character towards the end but other than that the everyone in this cast did a good job acting in this modern constitutional monarchy based fantasy setting.

I would recommend anyone who likes Action/Revenge/Comedy/Romance/Melodrama types of kdrams to watch this one for sure.

SNACK-SIZED REVIEW FOR Raeng Ngao (2001) MINOR SPOILERS!

Raeng Ngao (2001) is a Lakorn about two girls named Moonin/Mootha(Anne Thongprasom) who are twins, Mootha ends up getting tricked into falling in love with Chenphop/Pope(Charnlekha Yuthapichye). What she does not know is that he is married and has two kids and while Mootha finds out about this Chenphop/Pope wife finds out about Moothas love relationship with Chenphop/Pope and gets humiliated by her.

Mootha finds out that she is pregnant with Chenphop/Pope she ends up quitting her job and moving back home, but before telling her parents about her having a baby, she committed suicide the same day Moonin comes back home the other twin.

Moonin discovers her sister dead and ends up stealing her identity to seek revenge for what happened to her sister Mootha.

Overall I loved this Lakorn version, and Anne Thongprasom did a fantastic job playing as both Moonin and Mootha, tho I also liked the Raeng Ngao (2012)the version had just as good acting in it.

Other than that the story is good and also the romance story between Veekit(Pongpanu Phupoom) and Moonin(Anne Thongprasom) is what makes this drama even better.

I would recommend this Lakorn to anyone who has watched any other version of this story, or if they like an excellent Revenge/Romance/Slap and Kiss Lakron Also, this lakorn may contain rape, and this is only a warning I know this is a sensitive topic for many people.

SNACK-SIZED REVIEW FOR Jao Sao Prissana (1999) MINOR SPOILERS!

Jao Sao Prissana (1999) is a Lakorn about a girl named Rada(Anne Thongprasom) who wants to seek revenge on Vipat(Chatchai Plengpanich) mother for her sister by tricking Vipat into marriage.

Overall this is the oldest Lakorn I have watched to date, and I have to say I was not disappointed one bit, the story and acting were fantastic.

The best thing about this Lakorn was Anne Thongprasom who played Rada all tho she is one of my favorite actresses from Thailand. I think this was the best role I have seen from her to date.

Other than that Chatchai Plengpanich also did a fantastic job as the male lead and also other Cast/Supporting roles also did a good job overall.

I would recommend this to anyone who can look past how old this Lakorn is and wants to watch a good Romance/Revenge Lakorn with one of the best roles for Anne Thongprasom.

Fates & Furies (2018) is a Korean Drama about a woman named Goo Hye Ra(Lee Min Jung) who seeks revenge on the guy dad almost killed her sister, she ends up going after the wrong person named Tae In Joon(Joo Sang Wook) who is also out to seek revenge for his mom.

Overall this Korean Drama started really well with both main leads Goo Hye Ra(Lee Min Jung) and Tae In Joon(Joo Sang Wook) showing fantastic chemistry together, and the story was good but the storyline fell off way too much towards the end of the drama, other than that the other acting casting members did a good job.

Still, I would recommend people watch this if you like Romance/Ravage type of dramas, even tho it could have been so much better.

Lhong Ngao Jun (2006) is a Lakorn about a naive girl named Pimchanok/Pim(Suwanan Kongying) who is not well liked by her half-sister named Khemjira/Khem.

Pims sister Khem goes around parting and going out with guys under her half-sister name Pim, and this makes the male lead mistake Pim for being the one to make his friend die in a car accident.

Overall I did not like the main female character at all she was just too naive and forgiving.

The story was a bit weak too. however I did think all the Actors did a good job in their roles, but they just made the two main leads way to weird in my opinion

I would not recommend you watch this one but if you like this type of storyline then go for it, Romance/Slap and Kiss.
